Paper Sweeties 25 Days of Christmas

Hello there!!!

I created a card and some adorable decorations for candycanes that
I'll be giving to my son's school. I only need about another 75 candycanes, lol!
I heat embossed the background of the card with snowflake stamps and Wow opaque white powder. Than I inked up the background with peacock feathers distress oxide ink.
I also added a few splashes of white paint.

I stamped and die cut the holly leaves and colored them up with Copic
Markers in shades G29, G46, G43; R59, R46, R43.
I die cut the snowflakes and heat embossed them with Wow metallic silver sparkle powder.
The sentiment was heat embossed with opaque white powder.

For the candycanes, I used the same holly but added some die cut felt to the background.
In between the felt and cardstock, I added some gold thread loops.
I topped it off with a rhinestone.
I finished the card with some rhinestones and glitter stickles.

Here is a list of Paper Sweeties stamps and dies used:

I am sharing this post with The Paper Players

Thanks so much for stopping by!!!!

Michelle

This card is SO PRETTY! I love how you embossed the white snowflakes against the blue background and then popped color in there with the sentiment banner and holly leaves! The candy canes are adorable - what a treat to give to your son's school! Thank you so much for joining us for the 25 Days of Christmas with Paper Sweeties Blog Hop - Merry Christmas!
