Love You

Hello there!
Are you playing along with Papertrey Ink's January Blog Hop?!Blog-hop-logo
The moment I saw the yummy inspiration photo I jumped on board!!!
Blog Hop Inspiration

I have to admit... I had a dozen ideas floating around my head! The card I created below is the one I like best...
I started off with some watercolored cardstock. I masked the paper with some washi tape and watercolored stripes with black soot distress ink. After I removed the washi tape and the paper dried I used Avery Elle's wonky stitches die to cut the panel. I  used the sentiment from the PTI set, Say It With Style. I stamped the sentiment with black ink from memento.
I stamped and fussy cut the flowers and leaves from the set Stitches & Swirls, PTI. I used Copic Markers in shades YG63, YG67, R81, R83 and R85 to add color. I added some white accents with a gel pen.
I used a scalloped die from Mama Elephant to trim the middle panel. For the finishing touch I scattered some clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

The leaf was stamped with old gold and soft brown shadow ink. I lightly inked up the background with Color Box inks in cape cod and plum berry.  I die cut the base of the card with Avery Elle's wonky die. Hello there crafters!
Hope you are enjoying a peaceful start to the new year❣❣
All is good here❣❣

I am playing along with a few challenges....L💖VE when that happens!!!

I went right for a stamp set that has a warm cup of coffee, Paper Smooches Hot Concoctions.
I stamped the steamy cup of coffee with black ink from Memento and colored it with Copic Markers in shades BG000, E000 and E40. I added some white accents with a gel pen. I die cut the sentiment hugs... which is what it feels like when I drink coffee (hehe), using My Favorite Things sending hugs die cuts and their silver glitter cardstock.

I stamped the background with Paper Smooches Stamp Set, Natural Beauties and used soft brown and soft sand inks from Hero Arts. I shaded them in with Copics in shades E40, E41 and E43. I added some more white accents with a gel pen. I die cut the frame with Avery Elle's Wonky Stitches die.

I embellished the card with white cord from Michaels, a Recollections doily die cut, and scattered some sequins from Lucy's Little Shop.
I followed the sketch from Can You Case It...
