Paper Sweeties Release Rewind

Hello everyone!

I'm so sorry for my very late post!
I brought my daughter to the hospital last night after she spent many hours vomiting. It was her first day of soccer camp and the sun/heat was just too much for her. Even after a few hours with an IV drip she was still vomiting. She than started to complain of tenderness in her lower belly. That's when the Dr. thought she should go for a catscan to rule out appendisitis...yikes!
Well, thank God she is doing fine now! She was just very dehydrated!

Here is my card for the Paper Sweeties Release Rewind...

I used the set Once Upon a Time!  The white cardstockis Papertrey Ink. I trimmed the corner using a Fiskars corner punch. The pink glitter cardstock is Recollections and I punched the star using a Fiskars star punch. The pink crystal flourish is Zva Creative.  I used black ink from Hero Arts.
The tiny stars are from Michaels.
Than I added some of the stars to a tiny Tim Holtz glass vile. I tied a twine bow from PTI and adhered a pink gem to the center. I am also adding this to The Birthday Card Challenge at Moxie Fab!

Welcome to Day Three of the Paper Sweeties July Release!!!

I used bundled sage distress ink from Ranger. They look like beautiful floral wreathes! I colored the flowers in with Copic Markers R83 and Y02. I also added liquid pearls to the centers.

The bird on a branch and sentiment was inked up with cup o' joe ink from Hero Arts. To shade in the bird I used antique linen distress marker and peeled paint distress marker. The cardstock and twine are from Papertrey Ink. The flower is from Wild Orchid Crafts. The pearls are Recollections.

Happy Birthday

Hey there crafters!!!

Enjoying your summer so far? I hope so!
The heat will be in full swing starting tomorrow in New York....my poor kids start soccer camp tomorrow...outdoors! I'll be sure to pack them plenty of iced water and frozen grapes for a little snack.

I totally love the color duo at Dynamic Duos...
My mind went straight to florals!

I wasn't sure what I wanted to do for the background until I came across this mini set from Papertrey Ink...Happy Hexagons. For the florals I used the stamp and coordinating die from W Plus 9, Fresh Cut Florals.

The sentiment is from the same PTI set. Cardstock and kraft dye ink are also PTI. Pink ink is spun sugar from Ranger. White cord and gems are from Michaels. Corner punch is Fiskars.

The sentiment ties in with the Birthday Card Challenge at Moxie Fab!!!
