You Inspire Me

Hi Everyone!

I hope you are relaxing and getting cozy and ready for bed. It's almost time to doze off and before you know...begin your day again.

But before I do that I want to share with you the card I created for

The Play Date Cafe

                                                            LOOOOVE these colors!!!!

I love it, but something is throwing me off. I'm not sure if it is the size of the card or I should have used less canvas. What do you think?

All cardstock are from Papertrey Ink.  The butterfly and flourish dies are from Memory Box. Aren't they stunning! I just purchased a few of new dies from Memory Box and I can't wait to order more! They are so wonderful! The canvas is from Recollections. The sentiment is from Heartfelt Creations.
The black ink is Memories. Gems and pearls are from Michaels.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!!

Sweet lil' Princess

Hello there,

Today I am playing along with Waltzingmouse Challenge Blog ....my first time here.

Here is the sketch...
how could I not want to play along!

Here is what I created...

I created the background using 'Season of love tags' Waltzingmouse Stamps. I used spun sugar distress ink and liquid pearls in white opal. The heart is also from the same set. I embossed it with white embossing powder then inked it with spun sugar. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

The oval and border dies are from Spellbinders. I cut the border die two times then stitched them together.  The crinkle ribbon is from Etsy. The pearls and button are from Michaels. I distressed the edges with victorian velvet distress ink.

It's your birthday

Hello again!
I have a fun card to share with you tonight!

It's fun because of the awesome sketch I followed from Lesley over at

Freshly Made Sketches

and  I used these fun colors from

Colour Q

Here is what I came up with...

I had a hard time with the execution, because I don't like to measure. It would have turned out much more precise if I had only used a ruler! Maybe next time!
All cardstock and stamps are from Papertrey Ink. The sentiment is from Fiskars. Gems are fromMichaels. I used black ink from StazOn, surf from Color Box and tumbled glass distress ink.

Thanks for stopping by today!
