Here is what I made...
I used cardstock from Papertrey Ink and Recollections. Polka dot dp is Deja Views, and I am not sure where the other dp is from (sorry). The doily die is from Die-namics, circle and scallop die are from Spellbinders. The sentiment stamp is from Heartfelt Creations. I used Memories black ink. The leaves are Prima. Buttons, ribbon and flowers are from Michaels.
